The International System of Radiological Protection is the basis for much of the regulatory structure for ionizing radiation within Canada and many other countries. Those with training in occupational health and safety or industrial hygiene in Canada or the United States work with a framework called the Hierarchy of Controls. In this webinar, Kelly Fernandes, MSc, CIH, of Workplace Safety & Prevention Services in Ontario joins our host, Lynn MacDonald, MSc, BEd, CRPA(R), to explore the similarities and differences between two prevention frameworks.
